The working platform of the bridge inspection unit carries up to 8 persons. The platform can be moved hydraulically under the bridge deck.

Thus, the areas underneath the bridge can be reached easisly  to perform inspection and redevelopment works.

Task:

  • Development of a calculation model consisting of  beam an shell elements
  • Definition of load an bearing conditions confirming actual standards
  • Stress analysis
  • Stability analysis
  • Proof of welded connections
  • Proof of hydraulic cylinders
  • Preparation of a verifiable documentation

Development propulsion system Transport unit "Asinus 350"

The lifting unit allows the transportation and lifting of stone working plates with a weight of up to 350 kg.

The unit was introduced on the "Stone Tec" exhibition in Las Vegas and is now in use on all continents successfully.

A new version with a raised payload of 50 kg is now delivered to the first customers.

Tasks:

  • Choice and calculation of the battery driven propulsion system of Asinus 350
  • Structural proof of the frame and load handling attachement confirming to actual standards.
  • Preparation of the complete documentation consisting of operation and maintenance manual, spare parts list, risk assessment.
  • Preparation of all documents for european type approval

The frame acts as suporting structure for a Bridge Inspection Unit.

It lifts the whole unit hydraulically to overbridge high noise barrieres and other obstacles.

The kinematic is the cutting site between the crane boom and the used accessory equipment. The flexible use of many equipemts is possible.
